Re: Khan v Brook
Can Khan go an entire fight without getting caught??

I think he’ll dominate early but Kell will eventually catch up with him and stop him.

Re: Khan v Brook
Always fancied Khan to beat Brook, still do just but hard to call with two past it fighters and neither having any recent form to go off. I’d prefer Brook to win though

Re: Khan v Brook
I was broadly disinterested when the fight was made but I’m now up for it
Khan gets drawn into a ruck too easily - too brave for his skill set, and has that jaw
Brook is wayward between bouts and has had that eye injury
If it goes the distance, which I don’t see, it’s Khan
KO in five, either way, can’t call it

I'll watch it. I won't pay for it. I don't really care who wins.

Shame, really.

Re: Khan v Brook
For me, peak Brook beats peak Khan, but I'm not sure Brook has any punch resistance left so I think Khan probably wins.
Just a shame its being done now instead of when it should have happened.

Re: Khan v Brook
This could easily be the worst boxing match ever seen. I hope not but they're both so washed up it will almost be sad to see. I am intrigued though.

Re: Khan v Brook
Khan for me, Khan at any point of their careers really.

He'll still be too quick and hit too hard for Brook. But they are both getting on and who knows what the lay off has done.

Anyone who thinks Khan is chinny, has no place following boxing.

Imagine if these two washed up fighters were box office and you had to subscribe to watch it rather than it being free to air.

.....oh

Absolute joke it's a box office fight

I'll watch it but the salivas are not flowing.... 5 years ago or so maybe but not so much now... hopefully both will prove me wrong and it will be a classic.

Been some great old classic fights on SKY at the weekend... could watch the hagler v Hearns one until the day I die...

Whilst Hagler Hearns is iconic. For me Hagler v Mugabi is the much better fight from a spectator point of view. Round 6 is one of the best of all time.

Re: Khan v Brook
I’ll watch it but like others have said the ship has sailed a bit on this one.

I have a dislike for Khan, would much rather see Brook win but after 2 fractured eye sockets - I worry how his durability is going to be, especially against Khans pace.

I hope it’s a banger that ends in knockout rather than a 12 round split decision bore fest which means they roll it out again in 6 months.

Re: Khan v Brook
I’ll watch this fight and hope that whatever way it goes one of them gets a definitive unarguable win.

There’s always the chance though that the mug public might be exploited to fund another bout following a close, could have gone either way, result.

Khan for me.

Re: Khan v Brook
Something we agree on, comma.

What's the betting odds like for this? I'll only place a bet on one of them after I've seen them enter the ring, but I'd probably plump for Khan as things stand.

Re: Khan v Brook
Agree with most others here that this is a fight we would have ideally seen when they were in their prime but the flip side is that had they fought then it could have been a much cagier affair with both fighters being worried to overly commit as a loss could have been terribly damaging for their career. At this stage and with nothing to lose for either Khan or Brook they may just go toe to toe and produce a barn stormer..........who knows but not long to wait. Should be a good Saturday nights viewing regardless and defo better than watching whatever dog shite contestant phone in celebrity borefest is no doubt airing on BBC/ITV.

Re: Khan v Brook
I think Khan will win this. He won the war on words and I think he has got right into Kell Brooks head. Brooks wants this so so much and that will be his downfall. Should be a proper fight this.

Re: Khan v Brook
Wow. That's surprises me a bit seeing Brook is the favourite.

I'm a bit weird when it comes to betting with boxing. I have to see what state their in when they enter the ring. I do the same when I bet on horses. I see what they're like as they enter the starting gate.
